PSEUDO-RANDOM SEQUENCES OF EQUAL LENGTH

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4826310
When a pseudo-random sequence is generated by the congruential multiplicative method, its period is the exponent to which the fixed multiplier belongs for a given modulus. The properties of the numbers belonging to the same exponent are investigated. They permit one to obtain the set of such numbers by simple operations of congruence, starting from a minimal subset.
