A phenomenological analysis was made of experiments of Kendall, et. al., of the electrodisintegration of the deuteron for low-energy neutrons and protons in the c.m. system, and high four-momentum transfers. The analysis is based on the analytical properties of the transition matrix elements. The study is restricted to the s-waves, since the non-s-wave part is only a few percent of the cross section.
