We prove asymptotic completeness for N-particle quantum systems containing no proper neutral subsystems, with pair potentials decaying faster than {vert_bar}x{vert_bar}{sup {minus}({radical}3-1}) at infinity, in a constant magnetic field. 32 refs., 1 fig.
