An apparent relationship is reported between desoxynu clear protein content and thymidine incorporation into desoxyribonucleic acid of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells. The effects of x radiation and nicotinamide on the synthesis of desoxyribonucleic acid are described. (C.H.)
