INTERACTION WITH THE SURFACE OF NUCLEI CONTAINING A NUCLEON IN EXCESS OF A CLOSED SHELL (in Russian)

Nuclei with doubly filled shells plus or minus a nucleon are investigated. Single-particle-nucleon energies, arising only from the central part of the self-consistent potential, are singled out by taking into account the interaction with the nuclear surface vibrations. Surface interaction-parameters are derived that explain the experimentally established quadrupole moments and the E2 transition probabilities. The applicability of the perturbation method to light nuclei is discus sed. (auth)
