A case of pelvic osteogenic sarcoma is presented, occurring l4 years after radiation thertipy for carclnoma of the cervix. No previous similar case has been described in the llterature on radiation treatment for carcinoma of the cervix. The clinical and experimental literature on postradiation osteosarcoma is reviewed.
