Using the dispersion relation, elastic neutrino and antineutrino scattering by an electron was treated with only the interaction of ( nu e)(e nu ) type which satisfies (1 + gamma /sub 5/) invariance. In the two-body approximation the Low integral equation, whose solution depends on the two constants, is obtained from the dispersion relation and the unitarity. One of these constants is determined by the universal weak interaction constant. The result shows that in the approximation there exists a resonance whose location and halfwidth depend on an unknown constant. When the energy is tending to infinity the cross section of the processes in question is vanishing. (auth)
