IMPROVEMENTS IN OR RELATING TO NUCLEAR REACTORS

A mechanism is designed for the simultaneous movement of both the reflecting panels and the fuel rods in a reactor in which the fuel rods are moved together or away from each other, as described in British Patent 857,675. The mechanism comprises systems of articulated links for moving the fuel rods; the panels are secured to end rods for movement therewith. (D.L.C.)
