RECENT DESIGN DATA ON BERYLLIUM

Journal Article · · Eng. Materials and Design
OSTI ID:4817727
Effects of forging, machining, extruding, and rolling on the tensile strength, elasticity, ductility, and strength-toweight ratio are analyzed. Influence of metal purity and heat treatment on ductility is shown. Brazing of Be to itself or other metals using Ag, AgLi, and Be-20% Ag alloys is described. (Rev. Metal Lit., 19: No. 4, Apr. 1962)
