Photoneutron energy spectra and yields from carbon and oxygen were raeasured using 31 Mev bremsstrahlung. The neutrons were detected via the recoil protons in a stilbene crystal. The energy spectrum of the photoneutrons from the O/sup 16/( gamma ,n)-reaction showed pronounced structure. (auth)
