HAP-PRO model is designed to assist permit engineers in reviewing applications for control of air toxics. HAP-PRO calculates the capital and annual costs for up to six different VOCs and three particulate matter control devices. Calculations mirror those presented in the EPA handbook, `Control Technologies for Hazardous Air Toxics` (June 1991, EPA-625/6-91-014) and the EPA `Control Cost Manual` (March 1990)(EPA-45-/3-90/006).
