A summary of the information obtained during the critical experiments at GE-ANPD for a direct-cycle aircraft-propulsion reactor is given. Permanent equipment and configuration are described. Results of studies of loading, rod calibration, reactivity, and power mapping, which were made during the critical experiments, are presented, as well as studies of the reflector, shield, and moderator.
