Analytic properties of off-energy shell potential scattering amplitudes

A proof is given that a double dispersion relation in the momentum transfer and outgoing energy holds for off energy-shell scattering by a Yukawa potential in which the incoming energy is held fixed and real. It is shown that unitarity then determines the off-shell in terms of the onshell amplitude. The analytic properties of the off-shell amplitude on unphysical Riemann sheets are described and some results on the domain of holomorphy in both energy variables are also included.
