The lectures on the S-matrix theory are given as an elaboration of a paper on the derivation of the CPT Theorem and the connection between spin and statistics from postulates (report number UCRL-9804). Following an introductory explanation of the role of postulates in physical interpretations, the lectures are given in terms of analyticity postulates, relativistic invariance, unitarity, related formalisms, order of variables and antiparticles, the CPT theorem, and the connection between spin and statistics.
