The methods worked out in the Radiochemical Institute of the Nuclear Research Center in Karlsruhe for isolating the radionuclides P/sup 32/, S/sup 35/ , and I/sup 131/ from irradiated materials, and for producing colloidal radiogold are discussed. The nuclear reactions, chemical separations, and refinement techniques and specifications of the final product are given for each nuclide, as well as indications for protective measures. (auth)
