A non-destructive radiochemical method taking advantage of transistorized gamma pulse-height analyzers is developed by which the amount and nature of the radioactive deposits both long and short-lived on any system surface can be determined. Additional information such as system corrosion rates and corrosion product distribution in the system can be estimated from the data. (N.W.R.)
