The principle of secondary reheating and the possibility of its application to nuclear power stations with low cooling temperatures is described. Overall efficiency and the required sizes of the heat transfer surfaces of the reheaters as a function of steam pressures and resuperheat temperatures are investigated for a 150-Mw OMR nuclear power plant with stated cooling parameters.
