RESONANCES IN F$sup 19$ + p REACTIONS AT 224 AND 340 keV PROTON ENERGIES

Journal Article · · Nuclear Phys.
Measuring the angular distribution and alpha - gamma correlation on the 6.14 Mev gamma radiation and alpha rays from the resonance eaction, spin and parity 2/sup -/ were assigned to the 13.086-Mev excited level in Ne/sup 20. The relative intensities of the 11.56-Mev M1 gamma rays from the F/sup 10/ (pSTA, gamma )Ne/sup 20/ and the 6.14-Mev gamma rays from the determined. The intensity ratio was found to be I/sub 11/56//I/sub 6.14 = 1.0 plus or minus 0.2) (A raised dot goes here) 10/sup -4/. Thus it is found that GAMMA gamma /s ub 11/56 = 0.20 plus or minus 0.056 ev.
