S>An initial users manual is presented for Program ODD, a one- dimensional multigroup diffusion theory, reactor analysis program which utilizes the revised ANP nuclear data system. The physical and mathematical models used in the calculations are discussed, but complete program documenation was postponed until after the installation of the IBM7O9O computer. The primary advantage of the program over existing ANP multigroup calculations is the consistent treatment of nonisothermal reactors which is obtainable on a routine basis without the usual convergence difficulties associated with the presence of up-scattering'' reactions.
