ABS>Expressions for the electromagnetic radiation from an electric dipole in an infinite cold anisotropic plasma are presented under the condition that the operating frequency is much less than the ion gyrofrequency. It was found that the major portion of the radiation is conceatrated along the direction of the magnetostatic field. (auth)
