Hyperfine structure in the 2/sub 20/ yields 2/sub 21/ rotational transitions of HDO and HDS near 10,278.2 and 11,283.8 Mc respectively, and in the 2/sub 11/ yields - 2/sub 12/ transitions of CH/sub 2/O and CHDO near 14,488.6 and 16,038.1 Mc respectively, is investigated using a high resolution beam maser microwave spectrometer. Hyperfine coupling constants are determined. For HDO, an upper limit of 0.15 is set on the magnitude of the asymmetry parameter of the field gradient tensor about the OD bond.
