The activation energy of stabilized beta titanium creep is independent of test temperature and applied force (13 to 26.3 kg/cm/sup 2/). Numerically the activation energy of beta Ti creep at 13 to 26.3 kg/cm/sup 2/ is below the activation energy of beta Ti self-diffusion and corresponds to the maximum Q values calculated using the conditions of solid to liquid transition.
