STUDY OF SURFACE WAVES ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF TWO COAXIAL CYLINDRICAL DIELECTRIC COLUMNS IN A CIRCULAR CYLINDRICAL METALLIC WAVEGUIDE WITH EXCITATION BY A MAGNETIC RING CURRENT

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4797650
ABS>The field generated by a magnetic current ring in a waveguide of circular cross section partially filled with plasma was calculated. The waveguide was divided into two parts, one of which was filled with homogoneous plasma, the other being empty. The current was assumed to be independent of angle. The field was studied in the case of zero or infinite axial d-c magnetic field. (auth)
