RUBBER RING DOSIMETER CALIBRATIONS WITH THE PLUTONIUM RADIATION SPECTRUM

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4795569
Rubber finger ring film packets (pads) and conventional personnel monitoring film badges were exposed to radiations from plutonium metal. The resulting data were treated to yield estimates of the surface dose rate from plutonium pieces, and the ratio of the film darkening per unit dose of plutonium gamma to the film darkening per unit dose radium gamma.
