GAMMA-RAY SPECTRUM OF SHORT LIVED FISSION PRODUCTS

Fission products from uranium -235 irradiated by slow neutrons were analyzed using a gamma scintillation spectrometer. The spectra between 0 minutes and 40 hours after irradiation for 30 seconds ere recorded and twelve major activlties identified from their characteristic energies and rates of decay. (auth)
