The electromagnetic potentials and fields of a charge and an isotropic dielectric medium in uniform relativistic motion are derived for charge at rest, medium moving; charge movthg, medium at rest; and charge and medium moving. The electric displacement D is always radial, and the magnetic field intensity H is always propontional to the cross product of charge velocity and position vector. The electric field intensity E and the magnetic fiux density B depend on the medium velocity in general. The approximations to low velocity result in a modification of the medium velocity by Fresnel's dragging coefficient. The superoptic case results in a conical region for real fields and radiation at the Cherenkov angle. (auth)
