DOUBLE MESON PRODUCTION IN PROTON-DEUTERON COLLISIONS. PART II

Technical Report ·
DOI:https://doi.org/10.2172/4779965· OSTI ID:4779965
The He/sup 3/ and H/sup 3/ spectra resulting from collisions of 740Mev protons with deuterium were measured. Results are shown in figures and tables. The anomalous bump found previously in the He/sup 3/ spectra and assumed to correspond to double pion production was clearly evident. It was concluded that the anomaly must be assigned an isotopic spin I = 0. (M.C.G.)
