In granitoids of the chief phase, the phase of additional intrusions and in vein rocks of the first stage of the Kaib massif (Certral Kazakhstan) the uranium and thorium content is constant and equals 2.5 ---3 gamma and DELTA -- ~ 24 gamma respectively. The vein rocks of the lI stage contain the least amount (~ 1 gamma ) of uranium. An enrichment in uranium occurs only in the postmagmatic stage in the process of greysening or high-temperature silicification. The interaction of the granite melt with intruding rocks (formation of the hybrid facies and the facies of heightened alkalinity) does not influence the uranium and thorium distribution. (auth)
