REVIEW OF COSMIC RAY DAILY VARIATION AND GEOMAGNETIC EFFECTS

Journal Article · · J. Phys. Soc. Japan
OSTI ID:4755075
In discussing the daily variation of cosmic rays, local time effects are considered. These are not only diurnal, but often involve a semidiurnal variation as well, particularly at low latitudes. Areas discussed include local time effects and anisotropy of cosmic rays, solar anisotropy and declination, solar and terrestrial relationships of the daily variation, geomagnetic effects, and the lunar daily variation.
