THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF BERYLLIA CERAMICS FROM-200 TO 150 C

Journal Article · · Journal of the American Ceramic Society (U.S.)
Thermal conductlvity measurements are reported for cylinders of ceramics containing 99, 98, and 96% BeO. The rest of the ceramics was Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/, MgO + CaO, or SiO/sub 2/. The results showed a maximum near --160 deg C, and this maximum was more pronounced for the 99% BeO ceramics than for 98 and 96% BeO. (D.L.C.)
