STUB-TUNER IMPEDANCE MATCHING IN A HELIUM CRYOSTAT

When a microwave cavity in coaxial systems is operated in a helium cryostat, optimum coupling of cables to the cavity involves impedance matching between the cables and the cavity. This matching problem is solved by a rightangle stub tuner which can be operated in liquid helium. (D.L.C.)
