MODIFICATION OF A SARGENT MODEL XXI POLAROGRAPH FOR CONTROLLED POTENTIAL POLAROGRAPHY AND VOLTAGE SCANNING COULOMETRY

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4748516

A conventional polarograph was modified using a potential controlling circuit. The resulting instrument can be used for controlled potential polarography or voltage scanning coulometry as well as for regular polarography. An operational amplifier is used to control the potential between a high impedance reference electrode and the mice (or controlled) electrode by forcing current through an auxiliary electrode.
