MEASUREMENTS OF THE CROSS SECTION OF INELASTIC CHARGE EXCHANGE OF K$sup +$ MESONS IN HYDROGEN AT 1.12 AND 1.45 Gev/C (in French)

The cross section for the inelastic charge exchange corresponding to the reaction K/sup +/ + P yields K/sup 0/ + P + pi /sup +/ was measured for K/sup +/ mesons with average momenta of 1.12 and 1.45 Bev/c. The values obtained were 4.2 plus or minus 0.4 mb for 1.12 Bev/c, all corrections made, and 5.4 plus or minus 0.6 mb for 1.45 Bev/c. (tr-auth)
