THE SPINS AND PARITIES OF THE 1.35 AND 1.46 Mev LEVELS OF F$sup 1$$sup 9$
The spins and parities of the fourth and fifth energy levels of F/sup 19/ were experimentally determined. The state at 1.35 Mev has spin and parity 5/2/ sup -/ and the 1.46 Mev state has spin and parity 3/2/sup -/. These results were obtained as part of a more complete study of the gamma rays emitted in the de- excitation of the levels 1.35, 1.46, and 1.58 Mev. The multipole mixing ratios for some of the gamma rays were measured. (C.E.S.)
