RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON THE REGGE TRAJECTORY BY MAXIMAL ANALYTICITY (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Zh. Eksperim. i Teor. Fiz.
OSTI ID:4729997
Restrictions imposed on the possible course of the trajectory of Regge poles a(t) by the analytical properties of the functions a are ascertained. It is assumed that functions a possess maximal analyticity.'' Inequalities the functions obey for values of t below the threshold are established. Restrictions following from these inequalities on the masses of particles belonging to a given trajectory, and on the decrease of the cross sections with growth of the scattering angle at high energies (and in particular on-the structure of the diffraction peak,'' are determined.
