Half lives of the first excited states of Sn/sup 117/ STA161 kev, (0.31 ction in DDT-C/ 0.03) nsec!, Te/sup 121/ STA214 kev, (0.062 ction in DDT-C/ 0.015) nsec!, Te/sup 123/ STA159 kev, (0.186 ction in DDT-C/ 0.020) nsec!, and Sb/sup 123/ STA161 kev, (0.64 ction in DDT-C/ 0.05) nsec! were measured by the delayed coincidence method. The transitions were predominantly M1, retarded by a factor between 30 and 140 relative to the Weisskopf estimate. The E2 speeds of these transitions were also inferred, and varied from 0.1 to 30 times singleparticle speed. (auth)
