The electron spin resonance spectrum of NH(SO 3 - ) in γ-irradiated potassium sulphamate

Journal Article · · Molecular Physics
The electron spin resonance spectrum of the radical NH(SO3) trapped in a single crystal of potassium sulphamate is interpreted. The hyperfine couplings for the hydrogen and nltrogen nuclei are given, The radical is planar, the unpaired electron occupying an orbital of pi symmetry being predominantly a nitrogen 2p orbital.
