The limits of the delta stabilized phase have been precisely fixed between 4 and 17 at per cent of scandium at room temperature. The coefficients of thermal expansion, the x-ray parameters, the density and the electrical resistivity have been measured. The compatibility of these alloys with tantalum, oxidation behaviour, and certain mechanical properties have been studied. (author) [French] En ce qui concerne le diagramme d'equilibre on a precise les limites du domaine delta qui sont comprises entre 4 et 17 atomes pour cent de scandium a la temperature ordinaire. Les valeurs des coefficients de dilatation, des parametres cristallins, de la densite et de la resistivite electrique ont ete mesurees. On a egalement etudie la compatibilite avec le tantale, la tenue a l'oxydation et certaines proprietes mecaniques. (auteur)
