Descriptions are given of a time to amplitude converter operating with semiconductors. High-frequency diffusion transistors P-403, P-403A, and P-411 and tunnel germanium diodes are used with the converter. The time resolution with one FEU-33 is 3 x 10/sup -10/ sec (the curve of delayed coincidences from Co/ sup 60/ at half height) at channel width is 1 x 10/sup -10/ sec. (tr-auth)
