Electromagnetic field interactions with small-dimension (in comparison with free space and plasma wavelength) plasma clusters were studied. A universal equation for the force acting upon the cluster was obtained, considering the possibility of resonance-excited high multipole moments. Interactions of plasma clusters with fields of various configuration (axially symmetric, propagating and stationary plane waves) were analyzed. (tr-auth)
