POLE APPROXIMATION MODEL IN HYPERON DECAYS AND UNITARY SYMMETRY
The parameters appearing in the theory are studied as to be consistent with the experimental information in the SIGMA and LAMBDA -hadronic decays. The effect was studied of the kaonpole contribution relative to the baryon-pole contribution by making use of the K- pi direct weak coupling constant, the sign of the asymmetry parameter of the XI /sup -/ --decay, and the decay probability of the LAMBDA -hyperon by making use of the precedently determined parameters.
