THERMIONIC PROPERTIES OF GROUP IV AND V CARBIDES (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Radiotekhn. i Elektron.
OSTI ID:4694976

Thermionic emissions from HfC, NbC, TaC, TiC, VC, and ZrC were measured at 1400 to 2000 c- K. The data show that ZrC and NbC are suitable as thermionic cathode material. The emission current density of NbC at 2000 c- C was 3.6
