The actuator consists of two electrical circuits, one of which includes in series a relay connected to a switching device with an operation-extender (capacitor) connected across the relay. The second circuit consists of a contact connected to a second switching device. Operation of the relay moves the contact from a first to a second position to allow current to pass through the electrically operable device. The device is actuated only when the right sequence of switching operations is used within the allotted time. (D.C.W.)
