KRYPTON FLUORIDE: PREPARATION BY THE MATRIX ISOLATION TECHNIQUE

A method is described for the preparation of KrF/sub 2/ by the photolysis of fluorine suspended in a solid mixture of argon and krypton at 20 deg K. This experimental method is called the matrix isolation technique. (C.H.)
