The construction of an energy-dependent potential by the perturbation theory was considered in the model of quantum field theory with scalar particles. The method of the twotime Green functions and that of the scattering amplitude on the mass shell were used. The calculated corrections to the Coulomb energy levels coincide for both methods. The second one, however, is more effective due to the locality and analyticity of the potential. (auth)
