Acnodes and Cusps and the Mandelstam Representation

Complex singularities on the physical sheet associated with acnodes (isolated real points) and cusps are found for a particular Feynman diagram. These singularities enaerge before the appearance of anomalous thresholds, and cause a breakdown of the Mandelstam representation.
