COVARIANT CONSERVATION LAWS IN THE GENERAL THEORY OF RELATIVITY (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Zh. Eksperim. i Teor. Fiz.

For analysis of energy problems in the general theory of relativity, a method is presented of covariant comparison of the investigated space-time with an additional comparison space (plane space is the most convenient); that is, comparative differential geometry is applied. Conservative tensors are derived from the invarrance of actron relative to motion ot the comparison space. The coordinate conditions are replaced by completely covariant correspondence conditions. The relations derived are applied for studying the energy of isolated systems and the Einstein-Rosen waves. (auth)
