X-ray and microscopic analyses were made of pressuresintered, vacuum- annealed, and arc-melted specimens of Th, Zr, and carbon, covering the entire concentration range of the ternary system. Representation of the evaluated phase equilibria in terms of isothermal sections at 1100 to 1550 deg C is presented. (Rev. Metal Lit., 20: No. 8, June 1963)
