THE NEUTRON COHERENT SCATTERING LENGTH FOR MAGNESIUM
A confirmation of Bacon's value of the coherent scattering length of magnesium is given from neutron powder intensities measured for MgO. The value is 0.516 plus or minus 0.006 x 10/sup -12/cm. (R.E.U.)
