Two methods on how to prepare D/sub 4/-pyrazine by R-Dexchange are discussed. The iafrared spectra of samples of different degree of deuteration are given. By a study of the intensities of bands and their dependence of the degree of deuteration it was possible to assign the bands to the different D- pyrazines. (auth)
